We are not currently in-network with any insurance providers and operate as an “out-of-network” clinician. However, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many plans offer partial reimbursement, typically covering between 30% and 80% of session fees.

If you’d like to learn more about your specific coverage, consider reaching out to your insurance provider and asking the following questions:

  • Do I have out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy services?

  • What is my deductible, and how much of it has been met this year?

  • What percentage of the session cost will be reimbursed?

  • Do I need prior authorization or a referral from my primary care physician?

All major credit cards, including HSA and FSA cards, are accepted. Electronic payment methods, such as Zelle, are also welcomed for your convenience.

Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

During our initial 15-minute consultation, we’ll explore what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, discuss your current concerns, and review any past therapy experiences if relevant. This time also allows you to ask questions about therapy approaches and the therapeutic process to ensure we’re a good fit to work together.

No, you don’t need to know which specific type of therapy is right for you before getting started. During our free consultation and initial assessment sessions, we’ll discuss your goals, concerns, and preferences to determine the most appropriate therapeutic approach for your needs. This collaborative process ensures that the therapy we choose is the best fit for you.

Yes, we currently offer both in-person and online appointments via a secure and HIPAA-compliant video platform.
